Like a wheel, our lives require routine tuning and adjustment of tension here and there. Do you ever have days when you feel “true” and are flowing smoothly? What do you think you’re doing to make that happen? It could be that you are enjoying the moment. You are doing one thing. You are present and engaged in the task at hand.
