How it works
“Science is proving what we’ve always intuitively known: nature does good things to the human brain—it makes us healthier, happier, and smarter.” — David Gessner, Nature Writer
Emotional care feels less “clinical” when we are in the great outdoors. Resetting our emotional compasses helps us navigate life with more confidence and care.
Does it get results?
Trailtalk is measuring its impact on our client’s emotional health.
We want to know if our therapylite® model of care is effective so we are improving our tracking system, joining an evidenced based research study, and adding in follow up measurements at 6 week intervals.
Our easy to complete IPAD questionnaires will help us evaluate how we are doing to help you.
We use the YOQ and OQ measurement tools created by Dr. Burlingame. See these links to understand how Trailtalk is measuring our own performance in order to improve our client’s lives.
