Megan has been working in the field for over ten years and has strong training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She has additional experience and training in mindfulness meditation, lifestyle restructuring, self-esteem building, and mood regulation. She especially enjoys working with anxiety disorders. In 2015, Megan and her husband moved to Utah from Baltimore, Maryland. They left the daily grind of city living to work and play in the mountains of Utah. Megan has joined the Trailtalk team with great enthusiasm and passion for helping people. You’ll find Megan with a perpetual smile on her face as she hikes, bikes, and rafts her way around the West.

Donna Chester

Donna joins the Trailtalk team with a passion for working with teens and children. Her Bachelor’s in Sociology fed her passion to obtain her Masters of Counseling, with an emphasis in Play Therapy. Donna will be graduating on April 26, 2019 and is working towards her license as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor.

Donna has 20+ years of experience working with children with trauma, adoption issues and behavioral issues. Donna wants to provide counseling in the area of life skill building, self-worth, depression, generational healing in families, thinking errors, career skills, and working with trauma. In addition to doing therapy, she is a public speaker for troubled teens. Her practice will also include counseling for adults and families. She believes that how we think, feel and live is a choice; we can decide to see the world without judgment and live in freedom.
In her spare time, Donna loves to spend time with her children as well as enjoying the outdoors; running, skiing, writing, and traveling.

Rachel Turnbow

Rachel Turnbow graduated from BYU with a B.S. in Human Development and loves working behind the scenes at Trailtalk. As the daughter of an engineer and a school counselor, she has spent a lot of time organizing and analyzing how to make things more efficient. Rachel has many years of experience as an administrative assistant in several different industries but enjoys working in the health and wellness field most as she gets to use her psychology knowledge and organizational skills at the same time.

Rachel grew up spending her summers camping, hiking and fishing from Nevada to Alaska. She now enjoys sharing her love of the outdoors out on the family farm with her husband and their 3 boys. Her greatest joy is being a mom but when she gets a moment to herself, she enjoys cooking, crocheting, or Netflix bingeing.
