Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Brianna grew up in Idaho and earned her Master of Social Work from Brigham Young University. Her previous experience as a community mental health therapist involved working with substance use disorders and allowed her to become certified as a domestic violence treatment provider. Brianna has a strong passion for working with pregnancy/postpartum issues, including pregnancy loss and infertility. She also enjoys working with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, grief/loss issues, eating disorders, trauma, and life transitions. Brianna has training and experience in DBT, CBT, Internal Family Systems, ACT, and mindfulness approaches. She takes an interpersonal, strength-based approach to therapy and believes strongly in the power of vulnerability and its ability to increase connection to self and others.
As part of her undergraduate studies, Brianna earned a Minor of Music and plays the piano and flute. She also believes in the therapeutic benefit of animals and values spending time with her cat Scooter and her corgi puppy Wheeler. Brianna is excited to incorporate nature into her therapy practice and values the healing power that the outdoors provides. In her spare time, she loves rafting, mountain biking, hiking, gardening, and traveling with her husband.
