Trailblazer & Therapist
Salt Lake City
Kate is a teacher/speaker-turned-therapist who is passionate about asking quality questions that help clients increase awareness of their experiences and needs. She commonly uses mindful conversation
and practices with clients. As a Trailtalk therapist, she focuses on seeing each part of the person as interconnected and inter-influential. She leans on narrative therapy – a non-judgmental, curious, story
analyzing approach. She also utilizes nature and walking to engage more creative and experiential therapies. She is a level 2 Gottman certified couples’ therapist and has practiced with both individuals
and groups for 2 years.
When not on the trail with a client or her friends, Kate likes to try gardening, getting away on quick trips to explore beautiful nature, and advocating for the environment and vulnerable populations here in beautiful Salt Lake City.
