Therapist & Trailblazer
Heber Valley, Park City, Provo
Kelly Page received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. One of Kelly's major contributions to the Trailtalk team is that she is EMDR trained. She also uses a strength-based approach and is trained in CBT and mindfulness. Kelly is passionate about working with LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, self-esteem building, anxiety and depression, change of life transitions, positive identity formation and radical self-acceptance towards issues of shame.
Kelly worked as a Segway tour guide, a bicycle tour guide, and a boat captain before deciding to move out of the country to pursue teaching English in Peru, Spain, and finally Nicaragua where she and her wife developed a volunteer English language program. As a lifelong lover of the outdoors and adventure, Utah has provided her a wonderfully rich canvas to explore via hiking, biking, camping, and often just getting out there and getting lost! Kelly strongly believes in the healing and transformative power of nature and loves the framework of walking side-by-side with her clients in an open and shared space.
Kelly sees clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
